Our technology enables us to provide constant high quality service to our clients and their patients.

Our cutting edge technology ensures the highest level of security, state of the art diagnostic reading stations, image management and report distribution services.  Our IT specialists work closely with you to seamlessly integrate with your existing PACS and RIS systems.

Our digital web-based workflow consists of the following components:

Referring M.D.: The referring physician refers the patient to an imaging center, and the patient is schedule for their scan.

Imaging Centers: The patient is scanned and images are automatically sent to TeleRadPro's PACS/RIS system. Patient data is derived directly from DICOM image headers so that there is little to no need for manual data entry.

Radiologists: Based on modality, specialty, center and date, the patient is automatically assigned to one of our board certified, fellowship trained radiologists, and automatically appears in his/her worklist. Images are immediately auto-routed directly to that radiologist's remote workstation. The radiologist has the option of using either speech recognition or our custom audio recording software to dictate a report for the patient.

Transcriptionists: If the radiologist chooses to dictate an audio recording of the report, the study is automatically forwarded to the transcriptionist worklist, and the transcriptionists are digitally notified that there are dictations awaiting immediate transcription. The transcriptionist transcribes reports and they automatically appear on the radiologist's review worklist. An email notification is sent to the radiologist as well as our QA control.

Radiologists: The radiologist reviews reports and upon completion it is automatically sent via email and/or FTP and is available to the Imaging Center.

Imaging Centers: The imaging center receives the report from the radiologist, or by accessing our system, and forwards it to the referring physician.

Referring M.D.: The referring physician receives the final report.
